Is a home improvement and property management company that Has grown 50% year over year for the last 3 years by putting our customer’s needs first. We look forward to serving our customers more effectively by hiring an exterior home improvement salesperson.

Description of duties:
Follow up with all assigned leads, set up sales meetings, quote jobs
Build relationships with customers in both commercial and residential fields.
Work with management to set Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals (and crush them!)
Must be capable of measuring projects, climbing ladders if necessary, estimating labor and materials needed for projects based on company stats, signing paperwork with clients, turning paperwork into office staff, and following up with customers after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Diligently use CRM and other resources to ensure prompt communication with customers and our installation team.
Be willing to participate in sales training.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent people and communication skills.
Confidence to ask for the sale.
Familiarity and understanding of roofing, fencing, decks, and siding.
Honest and willing to treat every customer as if they were your family.
Computer literate and willing to use technology to facilitate communication and better serve customers.
Willing to learn.
Punctual.
Must have or be capable of obtaining a residential builder salesperson’s license.
Experience- 1 year minimum in sales or customer service and/or 3 years construction experience preferred, however, we care more about who you are than what you know if you are willing to learn, grow, and do what’s right.

COMPENSATION: We will work together to structure a commission-based plan that rewards you for your awesome work
8-10% of gross sales.
